About the stitcher

Stitchcraft with Donna Munday
This website is for likeminded individuals who love to just have a go with threads and fabrics.
I hope to be able to promote the Art of Stitching and move forward from "home made" to Artisan.

I hope this website inspires you all to have a go whether by machine or by hand.... just try it!

I believe in lifelong learning and have for a number of years been studying and honing my Art.
I'm Royal School of Needlework trained in Goldwork, Crewelwork and Blackwork.

with Fay Maxwell, Ribbonwork with Lorna Bateman, Machine Embroidery with Carol Naylor and Wendy Dolan
and Patchwork and Quilting with Jane Attwood, Jennie Raiment, Janet Clare and too many others to mention!

I have taught Patchwork & Quilting for Adults at Yateley School and at Sew Busy in Fleet,
Machine Embroiderer, Embellishing and Free Motion quilting privately,
I've taught Sewing as Therapy for Early Onset Dementia Groups in Care Homes
and I'm now supplying Finished Goods, Fabrics and Threads to Crafters Corner, Littlehampton
and Aztec Threads in Hartfield....find us on Facebook and Folksy.
I look forward to being able to host workshops again - when Covid-19 permits -and in the meantime have a number of kits, patterns, fabrics, threads and notions available
for online sales. Please contact me for more details.... meanwhile happy stitching !
